We regret to inform you that due to the nature of these products, we do not accommodate returns, refunds or exchanges once a skincare product has been purchased. By making a purchase with us, you acknowledge and accept our No-Return Policy on skincare products.
We strive our best to provide you with as much detail as possible inour product descriptions, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions, to make sure you're informed before making a purchase. We encourage our customers to carefully review their selection before finalizing the purchase.
DAMAGE PRODUCT POLICY
In the event you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective product or there was an error in your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service via e-mail at Info@luluglow.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the order with photographic evidence. We'll try our best to resolve that matter as early as possible.
In certain circumstances, at our discretion, we may offer a store credit or replacement. In case of return, the customer shall be responsible for paying additional shipping charges or any other costs, if any.
REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDER
If an order is cancelled before shipment, a refund will be initiated within 2-3 working days.
The refund will be credited back to the original customer’s account from which the payment was made and it may take an extra 3-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
